Teen shot in South Side neighborhood

A teen was found shot on the street Saturday night in Chicago’s Woodlawn neighborhood.
At about 7:03 p.m., police responded to a call of shots fired in the 6400 block of South Ingleside Avenue and found a teen, whose age was not given, shot in the arm and leg, said Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Hector Alfaro.
The teen was taken to the University of Chicago Hospitals, Alfaro said. The teen’s condition was not available, he said.
The motive for the shooting is unknown and there is no one is in custody, Alfaro said.
