Reporting from Islamabad, Pakistan, and Lahore, Pakistan — Two suicide bomb blasts spaced just 15 seconds apart rocked the eastern city of Lahore on Friday, killing at least 43 people and sparking fears of a new wave of militant violence in Pakistan’s major cities following a period of relative calm.
